Only 5% of realtors have the CRS designation, which is recognized as the Ph.D. of residential real estate. With 18 years of full-time experience in Rhode Island real estate, I have been a resident of Providence's East Side neighborhood for 16 years, and I am involved in the community as a Sunday school teacher.
